It started with a tax invoice.
One Mobile started back in 2015, right in the middle of Malaysia's GST era. Van sales teams had to issue a tax invoice on the spot every time they dropped off stock, and there was no simple way to do that from the back of a truck. So we built one.
That was the first version of One Mobile. It solved a compliance problem. But as more distributors picked it up, something else happened. Their salesmen stopped juggling paper orders, their office stopped chasing invoices, and their books closed cleaner every month. Without quite planning for it, we had helped them digitalise the way they sold.
A decade later, GST is gone, SST is in, LHDN e-Invoice is here, and the tools have changed. What has not changed is why we are here. We still build for Malaysian MSMEs, and we still believe digitalisation should be practical, affordable, and worth doing from day one.
